Hargreaves Land has announced the relocation of its Edinburgh office to 16 Young Street.
The premises, which are located just off Charlotte Square, provide the team with a central position in the Scottish capital and will predominantly be used as a base for the forthcoming Blindwells project.
The office forms part of the Nexus Business Space portfolio, an independent business centre operation with several buildings in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Iain Slater, development and estates director at Hargreaves Land said: “Our new offices at Young Street provide the Hargreaves Land team with a fantastic base which is accessible for staff and visitors alike.
“As our Blindwells project continues to gather momentum we need a suitable base in the city to host project meetings with our appointed consultants, external support team and prospective partners.”
In July, Hargreaves Land granted a three year contract to civil engineering group I&H Brown for the initial phases of earthworks and surcharging works at Blindwells. The 390-acre site has planning consent for 1,600 new homes making it one of Scotland’s most eagerly anticipated developments.
