Hargreaves Land is very pleased to welcome Alasdair Laurenson who has joined the firm as Development Manager.
Alasdair, who is a dual qualified surveyor and planner, joined Hargreaves Land in August 2018 and is based at the Scottish Head office in South Lanarkshire.
He has worked in both the public and private sectors over a period of over 15 years, having previously worked for Cala Homes, Ryden and North Ayrshire Council. He has worked on residential, retail, leisure, office, industrial and public sector-led regeneration schemes and brings significant experience of the development process from the perspectives of a housing developer, consultancy and local authority.

Alasdair brings a wealth of experience to Hargreaves Land and will be leading on the redevelopment of the mixed-use tourism and leisure development at the former St Ninians Surface Mine in Fife along with the identification of new opportunities throughout central Scotland”.
