Hargreaves Land is pleased to announce that planning consent has been granted by Mendip District Council for the development of up to ten new homes in Somerset.
The proposed development, located in the popular market town of Frome, will comprise of a mix of housing types including a terrace of town houses with under-croft parking.
The development is planned for the current Braeside Works in Frome where Hornbeam Ivy, an established manufacturer and important local employer is currently situated.
The scheme will enable Hornbeam Ivy to consolidate their manufacturing facilities into one purpose built location elsewhere in the town.
