We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Senior Development Manager within our Scottish team.
Martin Hannah has joined us this month to support the delivery of established projects in Scotland and lead on new opportunities for acquisition and development, land promotion and joint venture.
Martin is a highly respected planning and development professional with 30 years of practice in government and the commercial sector, he is a Chartered Town Planner with significant practical experience in land acquisition, promotion and disposal.
Martin has previously held senior level roles in land management, strategic land promotion and development with UK property and construction companies and in Development and Planning Consultancy. He was also formerly Chief Planner Officer on the British Overseas Territory of St Helena.
Commenting on his new position, Martin said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at Hargreaves Land, the company has a number of significant sites in Scotland including Westfield in Fife, Junction 11 in South Lanarkshire and its flagship scheme, Blindwells in East Lothian. I am looking forward to helping the team bring some of these schemes forward to maximise their development potential as well as identifying new opportunities throughout Scotland.”
