A Chartered Surveyor with over ten years of experience in mixed-use property development, asset management, and acquisition, Jonathan has particular experience in multi-tenure residential development and public-sector joint ventures.
Prior to joining Hargreaves Land in 2019, Jonathan started his career in strategic land development at Barratt Homes before joining the property department at Newcastle City Council.
Jonathan’s experience covers both the private and public sectors, where he has previously been instrumental in delivering a number of high-profile schemes and providing both affordable and private housing throughout the North-East region.
