Hargreaves Land is very pleased to announce the latest appointment to our growing team in Scotland.

Brian Cranston has joined our team as Clerk of Works for our flagship Blindwells scheme in East Lothian, Scotland. In this newly created role Brian will be responsible for overseeing the quality inspection of the works being carried out by I&H Brown, the main groundworks contractor installing the infrastructure on site, and liaising with the various housing developers on the Blindwells project on behalf of Hargreaves land.

With over 35 years’ experience in property and construction, Brian will be a vital team member in the delivery of the Blindwells scheme.

Prior to joining Hargreaves Land, Brian’s previous experience included roles with Sentinel Clerk of Works Limited, Landmarc Support Services, The Earl of Rosebery, National Museums of Scotland, and The Duke and Duchess of Buccleuch.  Brian will be based at our Blindwells site office.
