Hargreaves Land expands strategic land team

Property and regeneration specialist Hargreaves Land has strengthened its strategic land team with the appointment of Rob Moore as Senior Strategic Land and Planning Manager.

Hargreaves Land Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary Hargreaves Services Plc, a diversified listed company headquartered in the North East of England with an annual turnover of £265 million.

Moore is a chartered surveyor and chartered town planner and joins Hargreaves Land from Keepmoat Homes, where he spent nearly 5 years following 8 years at Savills.

Based at Hargreaves Land’s office in Leeds, Moore’s focus will be on identifying new strategic land sites in the Midlands, partnering with landowners through promotion agreements, and managing the planning and land sale processes on their behalf.

Moore commented: “I’m delighted to be joining the Strategic Land team at Hargreaves Land during such an exciting period of growth for the business. I’m really looking forward to working closely with the team, our landowners and their agents.”

Steve McBurney, Strategic Land Director at Hargreaves Land, commented: “Rob is a great addition to the team. Rob brings his extensive knowledge, experience and strong track record that will help us continue to grow our impressive strategic land portfolio and geographical coverage. We look forward to growing our team further in the near future.”
