A new residential development opportunity at Blindwells has been launched by the Edinburgh office of JLL on behalf of Hargreaves Land.

Plot 7, which extends to 5.04 hectares (12.5 acres), benefits from outstanding views over the Firth of Forth. The fully serviced plot has planning permission in principle with indicative capacity for approximately 168 residential units for private sale or single family rental housing.

The scheme’s master developer Hargreaves Land has made a significant investment into the project which has facilitated sales to Bellway, Persimmon, Cruden, Ogilvie, Avant and Places for People with a further site under contract to Bellway.
