Hargreaves Land is very pleased to announce the appointment of a new Development Director to specialise in the delivery of the residential and mixed-use project at Blindwells, East Lothian where planning permission has been secured for 1,600 homes and a new town centre including retail and business space.

Bruce Lindsay, who joined the firm in February, brings over 25 years of property development experience to Hargreaves Land following senior roles with development companies such as Panacea, CCG, and Muse.

A graduate of the University of Paisley with a Degree in Land Economics, Bruce is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Commenting on his new position, Bruce said: “I am delighted to be joining Hargreaves Land at this exciting time for Blindwells and I am looking forward to the challenge.”
