We are delighted to be working with Fintry Estates Ltd on plans for an exciting new mixed-use development in Falkirk. Our emerging proposals include residential, retail, restaurant/bar, drive-thru restaurants, hotel and leisure. The proposed scheme would transform a vacant urban site into a vibrant mixed use development and we will be seeking planning permission in principle for the proposals in 2024.

A public consultation is now under way as we seek feedback on the proposals. We will also be holding the first of two public exhibitions on Thursday 30 November 2023 (3:00pm to 7:00pm) where the proposals can be viewed and discussed with the project team.

The comments we receive through this consultation will inform our design process as we progress towards an application for planning permission.
