A highly experienced international CFO and Finance Director, John brings expertise across construction and property, alongside mergers and acquisitions, and equity funding.
Based in our Glasgow office, John’s main focus is strengthening governance across the Land team.
He is working with colleagues to deliver enhanced project controls, improve processes and integrate standalone applications, drawing on his track record of aligning businesses with the control environment of a blue-chip parent and his in-depth internal audit experience.
Prior to joining Hargreaves Land in 2026 John held the role of Finance Director of BAM in Ireland
