Brian joined Hargreaves Land in 2022 as Clerk of Works for our flagship Blindwells scheme in East Lothian, Scotland. He is responsible for overseeing the quality inspection of the works being carried out by I&H Brown, the main groundworks contractor installing the infrastructure on site, and liaising with the various housing developers on the Blindwells project on behalf of Hargreaves land.
With over 35 years’ experience in in property/construction, Brian is a vital team member in the delivery of our Blindwells scheme.
Prior to joining Hargreaves Land, Brian’s previous experience included roles with Sentinel Clerk of Works Limited, Landmarc Support Services, The Earl of Rosebery, National Museums of Scotland, and The Duke and Duchess of Buccleuch. Brian is based at our site office at Blindwells, East Lothian.
