With over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial development, Niall McLean joined our Glasgow office in 2025 as Development Director.
Niall is taking a leading role at Blindwells, the sustainable new town located twelve miles outside of Edinburgh which extends to 158-hectares (390-acres) and already home to over 350 new residents, with consent for the development of 1,600 homes.
A graduate of the University of Paisley with a Degree in Land Economics, Niall has held senior roles at Hermiston Securities, Robertson Partnership Homes and Macdonald Estates.
As well as working on the delivery of Blindwells, Niall is tasked with identifying new development opportunities throughout Scotland.
