Rob Moore is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner and works within our Strategic Land team focusing on opportunities across the East and West Midlands.
Rob joined our Leeds office in June 2026 following 5 years at Keepmoat Homes and 8 years with Savills.
At Hargreaves Land Rob’s role involves identifying new strategic land sites in the Midlands, partnering with landowners through promotion agreements, and managing the planning and land sale processes on their behalf.
As we work towards growing our strategic land promotion portfolio, Rob and the team are very happy to consider any quality residential-led prospects without planning permission of c.100 plots upwards across the Midlands and the North.
