Hargreaves Land is pleased to announce the appointment of international property consultancy Savills as sole agent at Castlebridge Business Park.
Savills’ Glasgow office, which is led by David Cobban, will be marketing the 30-acre site in Alloa, Scotland, to identify prospective occupiers.
The site was previously utilised as The Scottish Coal Authority headquarters and has subsequently been cleared of all buildings. Opportunities exist in the short term for open storage with the prospect for new industrial development on the site.
Head of asset management at Hargreaves Land, Andrew Johnson, said: “We have appointed Savills as sole agent at Castlebridge as we firmly believe that they have the expertise and market coverage to help us to fulfil the potential of this fantastic site.
“With the benefit of main road frontage onto the A977 and excellent access onto the motorway network, we envisage that the site will appeal to a wide range of commercial users. We look forward to working with David Cobban and his team.”
