Hargreaves Land has successfully gained outline planning consent for new industrial development on a 25-acre site at North Killingholme in North Lincolnshire.
Our planning consent is for four detached industrial premises of approximately 4,665 sq m (50,000 sq ft) each, together with allocated car parking, dedicated yard areas and HGV parking.
It is possible that both smaller and/or larger properties could be constructed on a Design and Build basis, subject to planning.
Our aim is to provide modern high quality industrial premises offering clear span accommodation, which will be available to lease or purchase. The design and specification of the buildings can be varied to suit specific end user requirements and therefore full turn-key packages can be offered, if required.
The site is part of a wider area which is subject to an employment land allocation within the North Lincolnshire local development plan, which includes the former WWII RAF North Killingholme airfield. A new access will also be created on land off East Halton Road as part of our development.
The development, which is currently being marketed by PPH Commercial, benefits from good access to the combined Humber Ports and is located in a popular industrial location.
